Carrot Bannana Cake

 Ingredients  Milk - 1 cup  Butter - 4tbsp Grated carrots - 1 1/4 cups Dried apricot - 2/3 cup Honey - 4 tbsp sugar - 1/2 cup All purpose flour - 2 cups Chocolate chips - 1/2 cup baking powder - 2tsp ground ginger - 1/2 tsp Cinnamon - 1/2 tsp Eggs (Beaten)- 3 Bannana (sliced )- 2 Method Preheat the oven to 350 deg F In a saucepan , bring the milk , carrot , apricot , honey and sugar to boil. Add butter and keep it to rest for 30 mins Meanwhile , combine the flour , baking powder , ginger ,cinnamon and salt  add milk mixture to the dry flour mix stir in beaten eggs Fold chocolate morsels and sliced banana Pour the batter in a loaf pan and bake for 1 hr or till the cake is done 

Chocolate swirl cake

 Unbleached flour- 1 3/4 cups Unsalted butter-1 stick Sugar - 1 cup Eggs -3 Milk (2/3 cup +1/4 cup) Chocolate morsel -2/3 cup Covoa powder - 2 tsp Steps Preheat oven to 325 deg
